Taco Soup
From the kitchen of Shirley Stulce
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion
- 2 cans Bush pinto beans
- 1 can white corn
- 1 can Rotel mild
- 1 can stewed tomatoes cut into small pieces
- 1 can black beans drained
- 1 pkg mild taco seasoning
- 1 pkg Ranch dressing
- Fritos or other corn chips
- 1 pkg shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Cook ground beef and onion (drain if you have grease).
Spray crockpot with Pam.
Add all cans vegetables plus ground beef and seasonings and stir.
Cook for 4 hours on low in crockpot or 2 hours on high.
Serve with cheese and chips.
