Taco Soup

From the kitchen of Shirley Stulce

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cans Bush pinto beans
  • 1 can white corn
  • 1 can Rotel mild
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes cut into small pieces
  • 1 can black beans drained
  • 1 pkg mild taco seasoning
  • 1 pkg Ranch dressing
  • Fritos or other corn chips
  • 1 pkg shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Cook ground beef and onion (drain if you have grease).
  • Spray crockpot with Pam.
  • Add all cans vegetables plus ground beef and seasonings and stir.
  • Cook for 4 hours on low in crockpot or 2 hours on high.
  • Serve with cheese and chips.
