Ingredients
2cansblack beans
116 oz pkgfrozen corn
2largetomatoesdiced
1/4cupcilantrochopped
salt & pepper
3-4tbsplime juice
1tbspred wine vinegar
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together, refrigerate overnight, and serve with tortilla chips.
