Pea Salad

Instructions
- Chop and fry 6 strips of bacon.
- Combine 4 cups frozen peas, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, and 1/2 chopped medium red onion or 1/4 chopped white onion.
- Dressing: 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/3 cup mayo, 1 tablespoon sugar, and t teaspoons vinegar.
- Pour dressing over pea mixture and stir well.
- Top with bacon before serving.
