Pea Salad

From the kitchen of Willie Bowness

Instructions

  • Chop and fry 6 strips of bacon.
  • Combine 4 cups frozen peas, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, and 1/2 chopped medium red onion or 1/4 chopped white onion.
  • Dressing: 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/3 cup mayo, 1 tablespoon sugar, and t teaspoons vinegar.
  • Pour dressing over pea mixture and stir well.
  • Top with bacon before serving.
