Eclair Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 2 small boxes instant French vanilla pudding
  • 3 cups milk
  • Cool Whip
  • milk chocolate icing

Instructions

  • Mix pudding with 3 cups of milk.
  • Fold in Cool Whip.
  • Layer graham crackers, pudding, graham crackers, pudding, ending with graham crackers in 9 x 13 pan.
  • Top with icing.
  • Leave in refrigerator overnight.
  • Enjoy!
