Eclair Cake
From the kitchen of Colleen Schmidt
- 1 box graham crackers
- 2 small boxes instant French vanilla pudding
- 3 cups milk
- Cool Whip
- milk chocolate icing
Mix pudding with 3 cups of milk.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Layer graham crackers, pudding, graham crackers, pudding, ending with graham crackers in 9 x 13 pan.
Top with icing.
Leave in refrigerator overnight.
