2nd Sunday of Advent we talked about the gift of preparation that God gave through John the Baptist preparing the way for Jesus. Unless we take the time to get away, prepare hour hearts and lives to receive Jesus, who is coming soon, we will miss it like so many in Jesus’ day missed it. Having time to prepare ourselves for Christ through confession, forgiveness, and restoration, is a true gift from God. Let’s accept the gift of preparation and be ready when Jesus arrives! ...
